Mullen Customs

Mike and his team were fantastic! Mike is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and responsive. Whenever we reached out with a question, big or small, he took the time to explain everything clearly and make sure we understood what needed to be done. He and his team completely transformed our old, rundown bathroom into a modern space that looks incredible. Just as importantly, Mike made sure everything was done properly and up to code. He walked us through the work that was necessary, not only to achieve the look we wanted but also to ensure everything was safe and compliant. Nothing was overlooked, and it gave us real peace of mind knowing we had a team that took that level of care and pride in their work. Everyone who came into our home was professional, respectful, and great to work with. We are 100% confident we made the right decision choosing Mike, and we will absolutely reach out to him again for future projects. We highly recommend Mike and his team! Roque

Working with Mike was amazing. We had a full gut bathroom renovation, fireplace renovation, full interior painting, and upstairs flooring replacement that all turned out great. Super communicative, quick, and collaborative when trying to figure out different solves.

Mike with Mullen Customs, LLC was great to work with from the very beginning. He helped us create a new design for our first floor that included expanding our kitchen, removing multiple sections of walls, and relocating our first-floor and second floor bathrooms. His designer provided us with a complete kitchen layout, along with beautiful full-color renderings for both bathrooms and the kitchen. Mike also brought in a structural engineer to ensure that the structural changes were properly designed and supported. Mike’s team worked diligently, professionally, and kept the work area clean throughout the entire project. Despite hearing so many stories about home renovations running over schedule and over budget, Mike delivered exactly the opposite. Our complete renovation was finished on time, on budget, and in just eight weeks. We couldn’t be happier with the results and will definitely be using Mike and Mullen Customs, LLC for any future home projects. Highly recommend!

My husband and I bought a fixer-upper in 2015 and spent the last decade navigating the DIY world. By the time we got to our basement project, we were ten years in and completely fatigued—so we decided it was finally time to outsource. We had prior experiences with work where corners were cut, and the regrets that came with that. So when we met Mike, the difference was immediate—and honestly, refreshing. From the very first interaction, he was clear, reliable, and professional. His contracts were straightforward, and throughout the entire project, he consistently did exactly what he said he would do. When adjustments were needed, he communicated proactively and transparently. Mike truly looked out for our best interests at every step. Our bathroom demo was not an easy one, but he problem-solved through every challenge and transformed the space into something I never could have envisioned. What stood out just as much was the efficiency. We were used to projects dragging on for months with minimal progress. With Mike, it was the complete opposite—on the very first day, I left for work and came home at lunch to find the entire bathroom already demolished. The full project was completed in about a month. Even after the main work was done, when we ran into a few issues related to plumbing (not caused by Mike), he went above and beyond to make sure everything was addressed and that we were fully satisfied. I truly cannot recommend Mike highly enough. He took on a challenging project and made it look easy. Worth every penny.

Mike Mullen and his crew came and replaced my entire roof in East Norwalk in 2025. They did exactly what they said they would do, when they said they would do it. On time, on budget and left everything beautifully clean and tidy. Mike is a skilled professional, honest, fun and I highly recommend his services. Thanks Mike, Gratefully, Nicola

My Family and I can’t say enough about Mike and Fabio! We highly recommend Mullen Customs LLC. Mike and Fabio came to our house on the agreed date and time. A few days later we received our estimate for our kitchen remodel. We decided to go with Mullen Customs LLC. They took out our full kitchen including the floor in 5.5hrs-6.5hrs. Three days later all the cabinets were in awaiting the quartz counter and island tops. Mike and Fabio keep you informed every step of the way. We had Mike set up our floor install, plumbing hookup, painting, quarts and back splash install. (All went smooth!) Mike is an excellent project manager. He would tell you the next tradesman is coming and they would come as expected and quickly perform their jobs. Mullen Customs LLC offers excellent workmanship and fair pricing. My wife and I believe Mike and Fabio are in a class all their own. We will use them again for any other projects that comes up. Todd & Jen (Stratford Ct)

We recently hired Mike Mullen to replace all of our siding, windows, and exterior trim, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. As a local real estate agent, I’ve worked with countless contractors over the years, and Mike continues to stand out as one of the best in Fairfield County. He delivered on time, on budget, and with incredible attention to detail. The entire project was managed in an organized, thoughtful, and clean manner—something that’s hard to find with large exterior jobs. Mike was transparent throughout the entire process, communicated clearly, and made sure we always knew what to expect. I’ve recommended Mike to many of my personal clients for major renovation and construction projects, and every single one of them has had the same outstanding experience. His craftsmanship, professionalism, and reliability are second to none. We’re already planning our next phase with Mike: a full addition off the back of the house and a complete interior remodel. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with it! If you’re looking for a dependable, skilled, and honest contractor in Fairfield County, I highly recommend Mike Mullen. You’ll be in great hands.

It is my pleasure to give Mike and his great team my highest recommendation. His vision for what works in a space and attention to detail is amazing. The layout and cabinets he chose transformed my space. And my floors look incredible. Mike also communicates about the process in real time and got the remodel done exactly on schedule. His estimate is competitive and accurate, which I also appreciated because I had little slack in my budget. Can’t wait to see what he does with the rest of my house. Thank you to you, Mike, and your great team.

Very satisfied with the professional work I’ve received. Highly recommend this business for any future remodels.

Mike from Mullen customs created our dream home by adding a second floor addition, his attention to detail was the best experience we have had with contractors. In addition his team completed our siding, roof and installed new windows and doors before the estimated time of completion. He was so honest and reliable we called him back months later to add a deck on our home. Highly recommend!

Amazing!!! Mullen customs completed our upstairs addition and less time than scheduled and it looks amazing, highly recommend!! I called him back months later to complete our deck.

Great work and fine craftsman ship. Efficient and professional… highly recommend.

Great company, installed floor, re did sun porch , and fully reconstructed our three seasons porch. Very happy with the work. Mike’s very professional and good with time management and getting the job done under the budget proposed at the beginning of the job.
